Is Lite really just €3/month — what's the catch?

No catch. €3/month is a real, fully functional plan — 1 workspace, creative versioning, approvals, shareable previews and 5,000 streaming impressions. It's designed to let you run your first campaign with the full workflow. No demo required, no sales call. Upgrade when you need more.

What counts as a streaming impression?

Every time a streamed ad is loaded and displayed to a user counts as one impression. If you exceed your plan's included impressions, pay-as-you-go rates apply — €0.40 CPM on Grow, €0.35 on Accelerate, €0.25 on Scale. We'll notify you as you approach your limit.

What's the difference between Campaign Statistics and Creative & Engagement Insights?

Campaign Statistics covers standard delivery metrics — impressions, CTR, and basic performance data. Creative & Engagement Insights goes deeper: interaction events measured directly on the creative, cookieless and GDPR-compliant. It shows you which creative actually worked and why. Available from Grow upwards.

What does "1 campaign/month" on Lite mean?

On Lite, you can have 1 active campaign at a time within your workspace. If you need to run multiple campaigns in parallel — or serve multiple clients — Grow gives you 3, and Accelerate removes the limit entirely.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade at any time — takes effect immediately. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no minimum commitment, cancel anytime.

Do I need IT to get started?

No. advox is fully browser-based. Sign up, create your workspace, invite your team or clients — all in under 2 minutes. No installation, no IT department, no onboarding call required.

Is advox GDPR-compliant?

Yes. advox is hosted on EU servers and fully GDPR-compliant. The Engagement Analytics feature is cookieless by design — no user profiling, no consent banners required for the ad tracking. advox is also an IAB member.
