Creatives Versioning

Does the client need to create an advox account?

No. Clients receive a link — that's it. They open it in any browser, see the creative, and click Approve or leave a comment. No signup, no download, no explanation needed. This is by design: the fewer steps for the client, the faster the approval.

What if the client still wants to approve via email?

You can still log an approval manually on their behalf if needed. But in practice, once clients see the preview link, they prefer it — it's easier than writing a reply email. Adoption rate is very high once they've tried it once.

What happens when a client declines a creative?

They click "Decline" and leave a comment directly on the creative. You make the change, upload a new version, and send a new preview link. The comment thread and version history are all in one place — no email archaeology.
