These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the advox “Spin and Win” game and the associated special raffle (“Campaign”) organised by advox GmbH. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Organizer
advox GmbH, Anzengrubergasse 24/22, 1050 Vienna, Austria (Commercial Register number FN 646527 a), acts as the organiser and data controller for the Campaign. All references to “advox,” “we,” “our” or “us” in these Terms mean advox GmbH.
- Eligibility
- Minimum age – Only natural persons aged 18 years or older may participate. In Austria, minors under 14 are prohibited from taking part in promotional games of chance, and those under 18 may only participate in small games of chance. Consequently, we limit participation to adults.
- Corporate affiliation – Participants must provide a valid business e‑mail and company name and confirm that they are authorised to represent that company.
- Geographical scope – The Campaign is open worldwide except residents of the United States, Canada and Italy. Local laws may restrict participation in other jurisdictions; participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance.
- No purchase necessary – Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required. The Campaign is a promotional giveaway and not gambling, as there is no stake or payment.
- One entry per person – Each individual may participate once. Entries are validated via e‑mail address. Automated entries, multiple registrations or participation through agents or third parties are not allowed.
- Exclusions – Employees and directors of advox GmbH, its affiliates, their immediate family members or anyone professionally involved with the Campaign may be excluded from participation.
- Participation Process
1 Registration. Participants submit a valid business email address and their company name. One participation per person. Automated entries and bulk submissions are not permitted.
2 Spin mechanics. After successful registration, the participant may click “Start” to activate a digital wheel. The outcome is determined by chance via a server-side randomization process. Participants cannot influence the result.
3 Possible outcomes. The wheel offers four possible outcomes:
- 25% discount for one year for any advox package
- 50% discount for one year for any advox package
- 75% discount for one year for any advox package
- One entry in the Special Raffle
4 Odds of outcomes. The probability of each outcome is fixed for the entire Campaign and is the same for all eligible spins:
- Special Raffle entry: 50%
- 25% discount: 25%
- 50% discount: 15%
- 75% discount: 10%
5 Fairness and integrity. advox GmbH does not vary or weight the odds based on identity, location, device, behavior, or any commercial consideration. No purchase increases the chances of obtaining any particular outcome. In case of a suspected technical error or integrity issue, advox GmbH may void the affected spin and allow a re-spin or otherwise remedy the issue in a fair and transparent manner.
- Prizes and Limitations
4.1 Spin and Win discounts
The discount coupons grant a percentage reduction on any advox paid subscription plan. Conditions:
- Validity – Discount codes must be redeemed within six months from receiving them.
- New customers only – Discounts apply only to new subscriptions. Existing advox subscribers cannot apply the discount to an active plan.
- Non‑transferable – Coupons may only be used by the participant’s registered company and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Single use – Each coupon may be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
4.2 Special Raffle prizes
Participants who spin “Special Raffle” are automatically entered into a prize draw conducted via RandomPicker.com on 1 December 2025. The prizes are listed in the table below:

Conditions:
- Claim period – Winners will be notified via their registration e‑mail and must claim their prize within six months of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be re‑awarded or withheld at advox’s discretion.
- Non‑transferability – Prizes are personal to the winner; they cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, sold or transferred.
- Taxation – If the total value of raffled prizes exceeds €10 000 in a calendar year, Austrian law imposes a 5 % prize draw tax. advox will bear any mandatory prize draw tax. Winners are responsible for any personal income or local taxes arising from the receipt of a prize.
- Substitution – advox may substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Third‑party prizes – The Display Production Package is provided by animotion.agency. advox is not liable for the quality or delivery of services provided by third parties.
4.3 General limitations
All prizes and discounts must be accepted “as is.” They may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor can they be exchanged for cash or credit. Participants may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations arising from these Terms without prior written consent from advox.
- Winner Selection and Notification
- Randomness – The wheel outcome is determined by odds based algorithm. For the Special Raffle, winners are chosen randomly via RandomPicker.com. The selection process is impartial and based solely on chance.
- Draw date – The Special Raffle draw will occur on 1 December 2025.
- Notification – Winners will be notified using the e‑mail address provided at registration. advox is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected e‑mails.
- Verification – Before confirming a prize, advox may request proof of identity, age and company affiliation. Failure to provide valid documentation within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.
- Unreachable winners – If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification or cannot be contacted using the provided e‑mail, advox reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Publication of winners – Where legally permitted, advox may publish the names of winners for transparency. Winners may object to publication in accordance with the data protection provisions below.
- Data Protection and Marketing Consent
6.1 Data controller and purpose of processing
advox GmbH acts as the data controller for the Campaign. We process participants’ personal data (primarily e‑mail address, company name and any data needed to fulfil prizes) to:
- administer the Campaign (e.g., validate eligibility, run the digital wheel, conduct the raffle and distribute prizes);
- send notifications and communicate with winners; and
- send promotional e‑mails about advox services and future updates when consent is given.
We adhere to the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
6.2 Legal basis and marketing communication
- Contest administration – Processing of personal data for administering the Campaign is necessary for the performance of this promotional activity and is thus based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Marketing communications – Under the Austrian Telecommunications Act, sending marketing e‑mails or text messages is prohibited without the recipient’s explicit consent. By entering the Campaign, participants may voluntarily opt in to receive advox updates. Consent must be freely given, specific and informed; participants may withdraw consent at any time without affecting participation.
- Right to object – Participants may object at any time to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR). advox will then cease processing for marketing purposes.
6.3 Data retention and transfer
- Retention period – Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary to administer the Campaign and comply with legal obligations. Contact details of participants who consent to marketing will be kept until consent is withdrawn.
- Service providers – advox may use service providers (e.g., RandomPicker.com for the raffle) who act as data processors under written contracts. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards are in place.
- No sale of data – advox does not sell or disclose participants’ personal data to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
6.4 Data subject rights
Participants have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing for marketing purposes. Requests can be sent to office@advox.io. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
- Liability and Warranty Disclaimers
- advox is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, network delays, hardware or software malfunctions or other causes beyond its control.
- advox provides no warranty as to the uninterrupted availability of the digital wheel.
- Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, advox shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of participation in the Campaign or acceptance of a prize.
- Prizes are provided “as is.” advox offers no guarantee or warranty regarding the quality of third‑party prizes or services.
- The Campaign does not constitute gambling because it does not require a stake or payment; participation is free. Participants acknowledge that winning depends on chance and not on any skill.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation and prize acceptance do not violate any laws applicable to them. advox disclaims liability where participation is prohibited.
- advox is not liable for any taxes or duties owed by winners, except for the Austrian prize draw tax, which advox will pay if applicable.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected.
- Miscellaneous
- Amendments – advox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to comply with legal requirements or to clarify provisions. Any changes will be published on the website. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
- Severability – If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Force majeure – advox reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases advox will not be liable to participants.
- Entire agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and advox regarding the Campaign and supersede any prior communications.
- Language – The contractual language of these Terms is English. Translations, if any, are for convenience only.
