Do our advertisers need to use advox?

Yes — the streaming tag is generated inside advox, so the advertiser (or their agency) needs an advox account to manage the creative and push updates. Most advertisers find this preferable to sending ZIPs and coordinating redeliveries. You can offer it as an upgrade to your standard booking process.

Does our ad server accept the streaming tag?

Yes. For the ad server, the advox streaming tag is a standard JavaScript tag — indistinguishable from any other ad tag. It is IAB-compliant and accepted by all major ad servers and DSPs. Publishers typically find no compatibility issues.

What happens if the advertiser pushes a wrong creative?

Approval-gating prevents unapproved creatives from going live. If an issue is discovered after a creative is live, rollback to the previous approved version takes seconds — without any action on your side. The advertiser can also schedule updates to go live at a specific time rather than immediately.

Is the engagement tracking GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Engagement Analytics is cookieless by design — no user data, no cookies, no fingerprinting. Tracking happens at the delivery layer, not via SDK in the creative. No consent banner is required on your pages. All data is hosted on EU servers.
