Viewability measures whether an ad had a chance to be seen by a user. According to industry standards, a display ad is considered viewable when at least 50 percent of its pixels are visible on the screen for a minimum of one second. For video, the requirement is usually two seconds. Viewability is a key metric for evaluating ad quality and effectiveness, as impressions alone do not guarantee exposure.
